About BLT Home Inspections Hamilton

BLT Home Inspections is not a franchise. BLT Home Inspections is a growing company locally owned by Bruce L. Treacy. Bruce performs home inspections in Hamilton, home inspections in Burlington, home inspections in Ancaster and home inspections in the Dundas, Stoney Creek, Glanbrook and Mount Hope areas. Bruce also services Grimsby, St. Catherines, Brantford, Oakville and most of the Golden Horseshoe area.

Additionally, Bruce has completed the Defect Recognition and Report Writing Course offered by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, Part 9 Building Code Act, Building Envelope and Health and Safety, as well as the Home Inspection Certificate program at Mohawk College. This comprehensive Canadian based home inspection program covers all aspects of home inspection from building structure, electricity and plumbing to roofing, insulation, heating and air conditioning. He is a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

After 18 years in the Property Maintenance and Landscaping industries and graduating from Hamilton’s Mohawk College as an Industrial Engineering Technologist, Bruce has not only the formal education required, but, the hands on experience to provide a detailed and thorough home inspection.
