Bruce was very thorough from both inside and outside the home, pointing out faults and things we would have to fix, showing us how essential a home inspection actually is. In fact, we got more than just a home inspection: as first time buyers we got a tutorial on how our house really works. He assured us that we were making a wise investment and on his advice, we were able to have the current owners of our house fix some electrical problems. What he provided was essentially a “to-do” list to maximize our investment and safety. Bruce was very knowledgeable on a wide variety of aspects of home care, from electrical to roofing, to the furnace etc., and the sizable binder included with his fee is a fantastic resource for any homeowner and will be the manual we consult for DIY repairs.
